Who this site is for
This website is intended for adults who are eighteen years of age or older. By continuing past the age confirmation and submitting an inquiry, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Nature of service
Kevin offers private companionship and time-based personal engagements. Every engagement is entered into freely between two consenting adults. No explicit service is described or offered on this site. Any assumption to the contrary is yours alone and does not form part of any agreement.
Inquiries and screening
An inquiry is not a booking. Kevin reads every message himself and will respond within forty-eight hours. First-time inquiries are subject to screening. Kevin reserves the right to decline any inquiry at his discretion, without explanation.
Confirmation and payment
Engagements are confirmed once arrangements are agreed in writing and payment is received in accordance with the payment instructions provided at the time of booking. No payment is collected through this website.
Cancellation
Cancellations made at least forty-eight hours before the agreed start time are refunded in full less any non-recoverable costs. Cancellations made within forty-eight hours are not refundable. Kevin reserves the right to cancel for safety, illness, or circumstances beyond his control, in which case any funds held will be refunded in full.
Conduct
Mutual respect is the foundation of every engagement. Any conduct that compromises safety, consent, or the private nature of the engagement will result in immediate termination without refund. Discretion is reciprocal and is expected.
Jurisdiction
Kevin operates in New South Wales, Australia, under the Sex Industry Act 2021 (NSW). Any dispute arising from a booking will be governed by the laws of New South Wales.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version always lives at this URL, with the last-updated date shown above. Continued use of the site following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
