Nature of service

Kevin offers private companionship and time-based personal engagements. Every engagement is entered into freely between consenting adults, subject to mutual agreement, boundaries, screening, safety, and applicable law in New South Wales.

No explicit service is described, advertised, or guaranteed on this site. Any assumption to the contrary is yours alone and does not form part of any agreement.

Inquiries and screening

An inquiry is not a booking. Kevin reads every message himself and will respond where appropriate. First-time inquiries are subject to screening and verification before any arrangement is confirmed. Kevin may decline or discontinue any inquiry or proposed engagement at his discretion, including for safety, privacy, suitability, conduct, or legal reasons.

Confirmation and payment

Engagements are confirmed only once arrangements are agreed in writing and any required payment or deposit is received in accordance with the payment instructions provided at the time of booking. No payment is collected through this website.

Cancellation

Cancellations made at least forty-eight hours before the agreed start time are refunded in full less any non-recoverable costs. Cancellations made within forty-eight hours may be non-refundable where time has been reserved, preparation has occurred, or costs have been incurred.

Kevin reserves the right to cancel for safety, illness, unsuitable conduct, verification concerns, or circumstances beyond his control. Where Kevin cancels and no engagement proceeds, any funds held for the cancelled engagement will be refunded unless there is a lawful reason to withhold a relevant amount.

Conduct

Mutual respect is the foundation of every engagement. Boundaries, consent, discretion, and lawful conduct are required at all times.

Any conduct that compromises safety, consent, privacy, or the private nature of the engagement may result in immediate termination. Depending on the circumstances, termination may occur without refund.

Jurisdiction

Kevin operates in New South Wales, Australia, under the Sex Industry Act 2021 (NSW). Any dispute arising from a booking will be governed by the laws of New South Wales.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights, guarantees, or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version always lives at this URL, with the last-updated date shown above. Continued use of the site following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
