What is collected

When you submit the inquiry form, the information collected is the name you provide, your email address, and the note you choose to write. If you continue a conversation, additional information may be provided by you for screening, suitability, safety, booking, or communication purposes.

Please do not send sensitive documents or identifying material unless requested. If screening information is requested, only what is reasonably necessary for safety and verification is collected. This site uses Ahrefs Web Analytics to measure page visits and general site usage. It does not use advertising pixels or session replay software, and Ahrefs describes the product as cookie-free and privacy-friendly by default.

Why it is collected

Your information is used only to read and respond to your inquiry, assess whether an engagement may be suitable, complete any requested screening, make booking arrangements, manage safety, and maintain necessary records connected with those communications.

Your information is not sold, rented, traded, or used for advertising lists.

How it is stored and shared

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS to the form provider, Netlify Forms, and are accessible only to Kevin. No copy is kept in a third-party CRM or email marketing tool.

Information may be handled by service providers that are necessary to operate the site, such as website hosting, form processing, email, analytics, security, and backup services. These providers may store or process information outside Australia depending on their infrastructure.

Information may also be disclosed if required by law, to protect safety, or to respond to a legitimate legal request.

How long it is kept

Your information is retained only for as long as needed for the purpose it was provided, including replying to you, considering suitability, conducting any subsequent engagement, managing safety, and meeting any legal or record-keeping obligations.

If an engagement does not proceed, inquiry information is usually deleted within ninety days unless there is a legitimate reason to retain it for longer, such as safety, dispute, or legal concerns.

Access, correction, and deletion

You may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information connected with your inquiry. Send the request from the email address you originally used to contact Kevin so the request can be verified.

Deletion requests are actioned where reasonably possible and where retention is not required for safety, legal, dispute, or administrative reasons. A confirmation will follow once the request has been reviewed.

If you have a concern about how your information has been handled, contact Kevin using the inquiry email listed on the home page and include enough detail for the concern to be reviewed.

This site is operated in New South Wales, Australia. Where the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles apply, this policy is intended to explain how personal information is managed in a clear and practical way.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie-equivalent value in your browser's local storage: a record that you have acknowledged the age confirmation interstitial. Ahrefs Web Analytics is described by Ahrefs as not using cookies by default. No advertising or fingerprinting cookies are used on this site.
