How your information is handled.

What is collected

When you submit the inquiry form, three pieces of information are collected: your first name, your email address, and the note you choose to write. Nothing else is stored, logged, or inferred about you.

No analytics software runs on this site. No third-party tracking pixels, no session replay, no advertising identifiers. Your visit is not recorded.

How it is stored

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS to the form provider (Netlify Forms) and are accessible only to Kevin. No copy is kept in a third-party CRM or email marketing tool.

How long it is kept

Your information is retained only for the purpose of replying to you and conducting any subsequent engagement. Once an engagement has concluded — or if you choose not to proceed — your inquiry is deleted within ninety days.

Requesting deletion

You may request that your information be deleted at any time. Send an email from the address you originally used to contact Kevin and your record will be removed within seven days. A confirmation will follow.

Your rights under Australian law

This site is operated in New South Wales, Australia. Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) you have the right to access the information held about you, to request correction of inaccurate information, and to request deletion of your records. Exercise any of these rights by emailing the inquiry address.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie-equivalent value in your browser's local storage: a record that you have acknowledged the age confirmation interstitial. Nothing else is stored on your device. No cookies are used for analytics, advertising, or fingerprinting.
